The company Chemni Usip s.r.o. was founded in 1996 and the main focus of its activity is surface treatment of metals. This focus is due to the many years of experience of the company owners in this area, and the first introduced surface treatment technology was chemical nickel plating.
- Electropolishing and passivation
Chemni offers complete corrosion resistant steel protection from pickling, electrochemical polishing up to passivation.
Pickling – Surface cleaning of cast, weldings, parts with oxides and scales and surface inclusions.
Electropolishing – Electrochemical process of material and surface inclusions removal aiming to surface polishing by decreasing roughness and hence increasing corrosion and fatigue resistance. Such surface enhances chrome and nickel content as the most superior form for subsequent passivation.
Passivation – Induced oxidation of the surface of stainless material in order to increase corrosion resistance.
- Maximal dimensions of parts (L x W x H): 2000 x 800 x 1000 mm up to 500 kg.
